The operator is not the program. The change in the world is. Foundation-model robotics collects thousands of teleoperated demonstrations and trains a policy per task. AiKit watches one demonstration, extracts what changed, and compiles an explicit robot program.
01 Observe
Human demonstration
The operator builds one assembly in front of the 3D camera. Human motion is not copied.
02 Extract
Object-state changes
Grasped, rotated, aligned, placed, verified. Relative 6D poses, approach directions and manipulation primitives are inferred from CAD and vision.
03 Compile
Explicit robot task graph
Inspectable, verifiable, recoverable. Trajectories are regenerated at run time inside a constrained feasible space, so the cell keeps optimizing while it runs.

From CAD file to running cell in three phases.
Phase 1
Knowledge ingestion
Upload your CAD, STL or OBJ files. AiKit parses the geometry and assigns material textures for robust recognition in variable lighting.
Phase 2
One-shot demonstration
Place the real parts on the work surface and build one target assembly in front of the camera. The robot observes and learns spatial relationships and assembly logic in real time.
Phase 3
Autonomous execution
AiKit takes over: it localizes parts in 3D regardless of rotation or position, plans collision-aware trajectories, and handles real-world variation inside the calibrated zone.

Transferability is the product. Scope today: CAD-known, shape-stable parts, from rigid industrial components to moderately compliant objects. Fabric, loose cables and highly deformable items are out of scope by design. We narrow the problem to win the factory.
