AiKit in action
See One-Shot Imitation Learning in real-time. No cuts. No speed-ups. No tele-operation.
Turn-key hardware for one robot arm
Your AiKit subscription is not “just software.” It’s a complete, production-ready retrofit package for one industrial robot, designed to earn its keep from day one.
All the physical components you need to add vision and intelligent gripping to an existing robot are included:
System Anatomy
Hover over the highlighted components (Gripper, Camera, Compute) to see technical specifications.
1. Vision-Guided Gripper
Standard ISO flange mount. Designed for single-part handling with integrated vision calibration targets.
2. The “Eye” (RealSense)
Mounted directly on the wrist for zero-occlusion vision. Ships pre-calibrated to the gripper tip.
3. Edge Compute Node
Industrial RTX-class GPU. Pre-loaded with Cognivix Neural Stack. No CUDA setup required.
4. Integrated Cabling
Shielded, high-flex industrial cabling routing power and data cleanly down the arm.
This is a shippable, self-contained kit: mount it on an existing arm and you have a capable AI assembly cell without a custom engineering project.
Supports at launch ROS2 compatible arms and FANUC arms. More brands planned for 2026. Contact Us, to prioritize your robots’ drivers.
The Generative Imitation Engine
The core of AiKit is the proprietary physics-engine that turns a single physical demonstration into a robust industrial routine.

Phase 1: Knowledge Ingestion Upload your CAD/STL/OBJ files. The system parses geometry and assigns material textures for robust recognition in variable lighting.
Phase 2: One-Shot Demonstration Place the real parts on the work surface. Build one target assembly in front of the camera. The robot observes, learning spatial relationships and assembly logic in real-time.
Phase 3: Autonomous Execution Once taught, the AiKit takes over:
- Loop: Handles real-world variation within the calibrated zone.
- Localization: Detects parts in 3D space, regardless of rotation or position.
- Motion Planning: Executes collision-aware pick-and-place trajectories.
Retrofit in 60 Minutes. No Code.

Mechanical: Bolt on the camera and gripper.
Electrical: Plug robot and camera into the Compute Unit.
Software: Load the local web interface.
Result: No PLC rewrites. No ROS integration. No external System Integrator bill. You keep your safety lines and layout; we simply upgrade the brain.
Current Compatibility: Universal Robots (ROS2), FANUC. (More brands arriving 2026)
The “Operator-First” Interface
Everything is driven from a browser-based UI hosted on the Compute Unit.
Visual Logging: Replay failures visually to tune the process without digging into code logs.
Dashboard: Real-time cell status and diagnostics.
Assembly Manager: Drag-and-drop CAD models and define recipes.

Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS)
Stop treating automation as a Capital Expenditure (CapEx). Treat it as an Operating Expense (OpEx).
The AiKit Subscription $5,000 / €5,000 per Year (Local currency applied at checkout)
Current pricing is locked for the first 50 units. Standard pricing ($7,500/yr, €7,500/yr) will apply to Batch 2.
- Hardware Included: Full use of Camera, GPU Node, and Gripper.
- Software Updates: OTA updates to the Cognivix Neural Stack.
- Support: Remote setup help, troubleshooting, and tuning.
- Warranty: Full hardware replacement for normal industrial wear.
Replace weeks of custom engineering with a single subscription. If the robot saves you 3 hours of manual labor per week, the system pays for itself. Everything else is margin.
